Outdoor swimming pool regulations
Please note that the outdoor pools are only in operation during the summer period (June to end of August).
Guests are advised that this facility, as provided for by regional legislation (dgr of 17 May 2006 - no. 8/2552), does not have a lifeguard. However, there is a lifeguard on duty, who will be responsible for supervising the correct use of the facilities and compliance with the following regulations.
Supervision of minors is primarily the responsibility of parents or guardians, who will be held solely responsible.
In the event of non-compliance with the regulations, the management accepts no liability for any damage caused to property or persons and reserves the right to remove offenders.
The management, through the service staff, has the right to refuse entry or expel:
- Those who disturb public order and morals, and in any case with noise or games
dangerous or other events, harm the smooth running of the facilities
The management declines all civil and criminal liability for various items left unattended.
