I - INFORMATION ON THE SITE'S PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy is also valid for the purposes of Articles 13 and 14 of the EU Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, for persons interacting with the site ilvillaggiodipiedone.com. 1 - Method of data processing

- Purposes related to customer profiling and activities, also online, aimed at informing customers of the main news concerning activities, offers, services proposed, new regulations, possible service communications and actions aimed at involving customers and other persons.

- Purposes supplementary to the contract: data will be processed for purposes supplementary to the existing user contract in order to offer collateral services to the main contract, such as necessary additions or other services for the purpose of providing a better service to customers, also using online activities.

- Purposes connected with 'sensitive' personal data relating to racial origin, ethnicity, political opinions, sexual orientation, as well as data relating to the health of the person concerned (any allergies, etc.) will only be processed after free, clear and express consent has been obtained.

V - Duration and data retention
The data collected by the site during its operation are used exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes and kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities, and in any case no longer than 2 years.
Data used for security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purpose.

- the right to obtain certification that the operations of updating, rectification, integration of data, deletion, blocking of data, transformation have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means in relation to the protected right (Art. 7, para. 3, lett. c) Legislative Decree 196/2003);

IX - DATA TRANSFER TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. In particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) via social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorised and strictly regulated by Article 45(1) of EU Regulation 2016/679, so no further consent is required. The above-mentioned companies guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
No data will ever be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions laid down in Article 45 et seq. of the EU Regulation.
